We don't sell your data. We don't send marketing from this website. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first.

4. When we fulfil orders for other brands

If you bought from a brand that uses Osborn Works for fulfilment, that brand is the data controller for your order. We process your data as their processor, only on their instructions and under a written data processing agreement.

We use it only to pick, pack, ship, handle returns and provide customer service for that brand. For questions about your order data or to exercise your rights, contact the brand you bought from. We'll help them respond.

5. Who we share it with

We only share what each provider needs to do their job:

  • Couriers and carriers (for example Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx) to deliver parcels
  • Freight forwarders and customs brokers to clear international shipments
  • Ecommerce, returns and warehouse software used to manage orders and returns
  • Google Workspace, which stores form submissions and our email
  • GoDaddy, which hosts this website
  • Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed
  • Authorities such as HMRC or the police, when the law requires it

All providers are bound by contract to protect your data and use it only for the service they provide to us.

6. International transfers

Some providers (for example Google and GoDaddy) store data outside the UK, and international shipments mean sharing delivery details with carriers and customs in the destination country.

Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the transfer being necessary to deliver your order.

We protect your data with access controls, password protection and two-factor authentication on our systems, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website, and by limiting access to staff who need it.

If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we'll tell you and report it to the ICO within 72 hours where required.

9. Cookies

This site uses cookies set by our hosting platform (GoDaddy). Essential cookies keep the site working and secure and don't need consent. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used and are only set if you accept them.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

10. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Have your data deleted
  • Restrict or object to how we use it
  • Move your data to another provider (data portability)
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it

Email service@osbornworks.com to use any of these. We'll respond within one month, and it's free in most cases.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
